At 21, I built a thriving physiotherapy business, working with elite athletes in Liverpool fc and AC Milan. By 2015 I felt complete and I let it all go. I pivoted to wellness retreats, traveling the world and sharing my discoveries. Then, in 2020, I was redirected once more, launching a coaching business that attracted Grammy award winners, Hollywood actresses, and top CEOs. None of this was planned. I could never have foreseen the path ahead. It simply unfolded, and will continue to evolve and surprise me.
